The policy for the Science Lab is that students have a variety of experiences in exploring science beyond the standards for their grade level. Some of the activities are for building science skills, others are to prepare a foundation for learning science concepts, and many activities stretch past what is covered in their regular classroom. We also work with science notebooks and stress the importance of keeping notes and writing our observations.
